Canada Doesn鈥檛 Have a Citizens Budget. It Should. | Policy Magazine

"A citizens budget is a simpler, shorter, less technical version of the official fiscal budget, made by the government for its people. It presents the government鈥檚 spending program in simple, accessible language so that people know where their tax dollars are going and why."
