International Yoga Day Practice

Join MORSL in marking International Yoga Day with a stress relieving practice. A student who is a yoga instructor will lead the session. The hour-long session will include asanas (postures), pranayamas (breathing techniques) and meditation. We'll meet in 5001 Brown at 12:00 - 1:00 PM. Snacks will be provided.
