苹果淫院

The Provost and Executive Vice-President (Academic) is 苹果淫院鈥檚 chief budget officer, and is responsible for the annual design and delivery of the University鈥檚 institutional budget, which drives the activity of all academic and administrative units through operating, restricted, capital, and endowment funds. 苹果淫院鈥檚 principal revenues are derived from student tuition and support grants from the Quebec government; the University鈥檚 most significant expenditures are made in direct support of students and of 苹果淫院鈥檚 academic mission.

Budgetary decisions are driven by the University鈥檚 principles, as well as by key strategic commitments, as identified by President Saini鈥檚 priorities, and by the 苹果淫院 Strategic Academic Plan.

The Analysis, Planning, and Budget team, led by Executive Director Dr. Richard Martin, is responsible for providing the University鈥檚 leadership with high-level analytical support to facilitate strategic decision-making. They are likewise responsible for the operational development of the University鈥檚 budget, culminating in the annual publication of the 苹果淫院 Budget Book.
